By using AI Chat Challenge (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The challenge

The Service is a game in which an AI chatbot has been instructed to guard a secret. There is no guarantee that the secret is redeemable, has monetary value, or remains valid at any given time. Treat the challenge as entertainment.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the Service.
Do not submit unlawful, harassing, or hateful content.
Do not attempt to extract personal data about other users.
Automated scraping or scripted abuse is prohibited.

4. AI-generated content

Responses are generated by a third-party language model and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or misleading. You are responsible for how you interpret and use them.

5. Account

You authenticate with a third-party identity provider. You are responsible for keeping that account secure. We may suspend access at our discretion.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

These Terms may change. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
